A Ventura County native, Jazmin began her career in luxury real estate six years ago in marketing and support before quickly transitioning into a licensed agent. Since then, she has gained valuable experience across a diverse range of transactions and property types, from ocean-view condominiums and investment properties to luxury estates and development opportunities.

Born and raised along the golden coastlines of Santa Barbara, Juliet Parsons brings a homegrown perspective to luxury real estate marketing — rooted in community and elevated by a trained creative eye. Raised in a home where artistry thrived, her father’s photography studio became her first classroom in color, composition, and visual storytelling.

A lifelong passion for design and detail naturally led Juliet into the world of luxury branding. From playing competitive golf at the Montecito Club to balancing a full-time marketing role while earning her Business degree with an emphasis in Real Estate, she’s always approached life with focus, discipline, and purpose.

Today, Juliet is the creative force behind Marsha Kotlyar Estate Group’s distinct brand presence. From high-converting digital campaigns to iconic print placements, she crafts compelling narratives and visuals that reflect the sophistication of the homes they represent. With an obsession for magazine ads, color palettes, and precision-driven design, her colleagues often say she has a “third-eye lens” — an artistic instinct that captures what others overlook.

As a proud first-generation college graduate, Juliet honors her Filipino heritage through community involvement and philanthropy with organizations like the Humane Society, Unity Shoppe, and Gloves for Cuba.
