One of the oldest and most distinguished neighborhoods of Santa Barbara, The Riviera is the trademark hillside peeking over the city. It is comprised of almost 2,000 homes along narrow, winding streets.
Divided into the upper and lower Riviera, houses are mostly mid-century or older, with a few contemporary residences accentuating the slope.
